DESCRIPTION:The Crown Plaza is the AMSC’s host hotel for the Louisville Kentuckiana Cluster of Dog Shows. The room block rate is available now and until sold out OR until February 8\, 2027. The hotel is adjacent to the show site. The hotel address is:  \nCrown Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Center \n830 Phillips Lane \nLouisville\, KY 40209 \nNOTE: You must make your own hotel reservation using this Online Booking Link. Enter the dates you will check in and check out. Dates can be modified using the linked website. \n\nRoom rate is $159 plus 17.66% tax per night for a two queen bed deluxe room.\nGroup room rate dates are for 3/10/2027 – 3/14/2027. The hotel may honor our group rate for 3 days prior to group arrival and 3 days after group departure based on availability.\nPet Fee is a one-time $75 non-refundable fee per room. Max 4 dogs allowed per room. Guests must have plastic under all dog crates and dogs must be crated while unattended in guest rooms. No bathing of dogs in guest rooms.\n\nHotel requires housekeeping staff to have daily access to all guest rooms. Rooms in unsatisfactory condition or in violation of pet policy will be reported to the Show Chair and charged the standard hotel pet fee of $200. \nNOTE: The hotel’s default pet policy and pricing will appear in the on-line reservation form. There is a checkbox that has to be agreed to at the end of the reservation process that states the group’s pet policy. You can disregard the standard policy. \n\nPayment: All reservations must be accompanied by a credit card or other method of payment. Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. No shows and late cancellations will be charged one night’s room and tax. Early departure fee is equal to one half (1/2) the daily room rate.\nParking: 700 complimentary\, ground level guest self-parking spaces are available.\nShould you find the block is sold out prior to 2/8/2027\, contact Barbara Donahue at 215-896-9666.\n\nNOTE: You are under no obligation to use the AMSC host hotel block and may be able to secure a better rate for a room at a local dog friendly hotel using a discount broker service. \n
